Many colors of Cotton yarns for weaving or knitting shawls from cones have arrived at the shop.
I just loved to arrange this wall of color as the day is a bit dreary.
I will show you photos of the sheep as I get the lambs born or the fleece sheared.

Felting With The Grandkids

Here we are making a felted slipper for Joey.
He is wearing these all the time because of the bad weather in Lexington.
Joey called and told me the yard looked like a war zone from falling branches!
What a mess! I'm glad the storms passed us by!
Talk to you soon,
Susan

All Fiber Retreat

We had a couple of inches of snow yesterday and it has changed our whole landscape! Somehow it seems quieter and muffled by the snow. The bird are sure hungry and so are the sheep. Here is a lovely painting of Sheep in the Glen by Susan Westwood

One of the things we will be doing at the All Fiber Retreat in Columbus December 5-7 is knitted flowers. I will be demonstrating that. I missed all Susan's retreats last year so I am really looking forward to this year. I will be there Later on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. I have always had such a lovely time with the great people at Susan's retreats. Hope you will be there...
Call Susan: 920-623-4237 and let her know you are coming.
